Summary: Azuma Foods International is a company that has 30 years of experience in delivering quality traditional Japanese cuisine to clients around the world. AFI maintains a commitment to the highest quality product, customer satisfaction, and a safe work environment.This position is responsible for developing and expanding accounts within their sales area. You will grow the Company’s relationship in the expanding seafood markets.

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Mainly taking care of distributor, wholesaler, and retail customers
• Handle prospective client inquiries over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Create proposals, quotes, review contracts
• Contact clients and seek new opportunities to reach the monthly sales target
• Create your sales target and expand the sales.
• This position requires domestic travel for sales and shows
• Visit current and potential customers to provide support, and information and sell the Company’s products
• Coordinate with the accounting department to assure the collection of payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport
• Respond to and communicate with all customers in a timely manner
• Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs
• Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them
• Input and update orders within the Company database accordingly
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Class C Driving license
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
• Sales experience in the food industry required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.12 - $26.44 per hour
